Check-In: Physique
Summary
Check-In: Physique stores your data on your device. The app does not upload your photos, measurements, or notes to external servers.
Data the app handles
The app may store the following information locally on your device:
- Progress photos
- Check-in dates and pose selections
- Body metrics (for example: weight, waist, chest, hips, arms, body fat)
- Notes and custom tags
- Phase/program information
- Routine/reminder setup data
- App preferences (including optional app lock setting)
This data is stored locally using Apple platform storage APIs and is not sold or shared for advertising.
Permissions used

Third-party services
Check-In: Physique does not use ad SDKs or third-party analytics for behavioral tracking.
If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated before release.
Data sharing and exports
The app includes optional export/share features that you initiate manually. No data is sent anywhere unless you choose to export or share it.
Data retention and deletion
Data remains on your device until you delete it. You can delete app data in-app (where available) or by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling the app removes local app data from your device according to iOS or Android behavior.
Children's privacy
The app is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children via remote services. Because data is stored locally, there is no account system or server-side profile.
Policy changes
If privacy practices change, this page will be updated and the effective date will be revised.
